| Manufacture | Each Flame on the Lips candle is created by hand, like a small ritual: The clay bowl is molded by hand by the master craftsman — the shape is lively, slightly asymmetrical, like emotions. After drying, it is fired at a temperature of about 950°C, covered with a wine-colored glaze with a caramel undertone, and sent back to the kiln for a final firing at 1050°C. The base is decorated using the reactive glaze technique: the flame seems to "spread" across the surface. Each fiery pattern is unique, like an imprint of the element. Then soy wax is poured in. The color is selected by hand to emphasize the overall energy — berry pink, like lips after a spell. All the work — from clay to flame — is done entirely by hand, without molds or templates.
