Описание

“Ginkgo Shadows” is more than just a vase.
It is the breath of time frozen in clay.
It is as if someone walked across the light surface with a bouquet of ginkgo leaves in their hands — leaving behind a light trace, like a whisper, like a memory.

The spots on her body resemble shadows cast by leaves on an ancient wall in a quiet garden where autumn has already taken hold. And her neck is like tree bark, cracked by centuries but still retaining the warmth of life.

It is not just an interior decoration, it is meditation, a visual poem that can be placed on a shelf, windowsill, or table, and every day you can find something new in it.

Each “Ginkgo Shadow” is unique: it is sculpted by hand, as if nature itself had left its mark on it. No two strokes or curves are alike. Everything is alive. Everything is real.

🎁 Who it is suitable for

  • For those who love slow things — where there is time, silence, and depth.

  • For admirers of Japanese wabi-sabi philosophy, natural forms, and imperfect beauty.

  • For people who value symbolism: ginkgo is a symbol of longevity, memory, and endurance.

  • For designers and aesthetes who create interiors with meaning in minimalist, boho, Scandinavian, or Zen styles.

  • As a gift — for those who are going through changes, entering a new phase, and seeking solace in silence and nature.

  • And simply for those who fall in love with the unusual at first sight.

Material

Chamotte clay — with a coarse texture, creating a "wet earth" effect

Manufacture

The vase is hand-molded on a potter's wheel, without molds or copies—each one is unique.

After drying, ginkgo leaf shadows are applied with a brush, symbolizing the natural cycle and tranquility.

First firing — about 950°C

Then — finishing the neck, emphasizing the relief, and final firing at 1050°C for strength.

Usage

"Ginkgo Shadows" is not just a vessel, but an object of contemplation, created to bring silence, balance, and natural harmony to a space.

It can be used as a decorative vase for dried flowers, herbs, twigs, grains—anything that carries the breath of nature.
Light eucalyptus branches, dried ferns, or cotton twigs perfectly emphasize the image of "garden shadows."

As a standalone art object—without filling. This vase looks great on its own: on a windowsill, in a niche, on a shelf, or on a coffee table. It "works" as a sculptural accent — it attracts the eye, sets the mood, and leaves a memory of a walk in the garden on an autumn day in the room.

It is ideal for decorating interiors in the Zen, Scandi, minimalist, boho, or rustic styles — where form, light, and texture play the leading roles.

It can be used in florariums, installations, or display cases as an element of composition with philosophical undertones.

In meditative and work spaces, it serves as a visual pause — a reminder of the silence that we often lose in the flow.

Care

Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth or dry brush, especially if dust has settled on the surface.
Do not use hard sponges or abrasive cleaning agents to preserve the original texture and painting.

Do not drop. Despite its durability after firing, ceramics remain a living and sensitive material, like anything else made by hand.

And, of course, once a week, look at it with warmth and a smile. This is the best way to care for it.
